本应用是一款本地音频管理工具。你通过本应用管理的所有音频文件、元数据及相关内容，均由你自行负责。请确保：

• 你对所管理的音频文件拥有合法权利（购买、录制或获得授权）；
• 你不使用本应用存储、分发或处理任何侵犯版权或其他第三方权利的内容；

4. AI 功能与第三方服务

本应用的 AI 整理功能需要你自行提供第三方 AI 服务的接口地址和 API Key。使用该功能时：

• 你须遵守所使用的第三方 AI 服务商的服务条款；
• 相关费用（如 API 调用费）由你自行承担；
• AI 生成内容的准确性由对应服务商负责，我们不对其作出任何保证。

5. 禁止行为

你不得：

• 对本应用进行反编译、逆向工程或试图提取源代码；
• 将本应用用于任何违法目的；
• 通过本应用传播恶意软件或有害内容；
• 试图破坏、干扰本应用的正常运行。

6. 免责声明

本应用按「现状」提供，不附带任何明示或暗示的保证。我们不保证本应用始终可用、无错误或满足你的特定需求。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用或无法使用本应用而造成的任何损失承担责任。

7. 更新与终止

我们可能随时更新本应用或本条款。继续使用即视为接受更新后的条款。我们保留因违反本条款而终止你使用本应用权利的权利。

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using AI Audio Organizer ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

The App is provided by an individual developer. By downloading or using the App, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, solely as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

3. Your Content and Responsibility

The App is a local audio management tool. You are solely responsible for all audio files, metadata, and related content you manage through the App. Please ensure that:

• You have lawful rights to the audio files you manage (purchased, recorded, or licensed);
• You do not use the App to store, distribute, or process content that infringes copyright or other third-party rights;
• You comply with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

4. AI Features and Third-Party Services

The App's AI organization feature requires you to provide your own third-party AI service endpoint and API key. When using this feature:

• You must comply with the terms of service of the third-party AI provider you use;
• Any associated costs (e.g., API call fees) are your responsibility;
• The accuracy of AI-generated content is the responsibility of the respective provider; we make no warranties regarding it.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App;
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose;
• Distribute malware or harmful content through the App;
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the App's normal operation.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times, error-free, or suitable for your specific needs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

7. Updates and Termination

We may update the App or these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App for violation of these terms.
