AI Audio Organizer（以下简称「本应用」）尊重并保护你的隐私。本政策说明本应用如何处理你的信息。

1. 我们收集的信息

本应用不收集、不上传、不出售你的任何个人身份信息，也不进行任何形式的用户追踪。本应用不含第三方广告或分析 SDK。

2. 你的数据存储在哪里

你导入的音乐文件、封面、歌单、专辑及相关元数据，默认全部保存在你的设备本地。我们无法访问这些内容。

3. AI 整理功能（可选）

本应用提供可选的 AI 整理功能（如自动补全歌名/歌手/专辑、生成简介与歌词）。该功能：

• 仅在你主动触发时运行；
• 使用你自行填写的第三方 AI 接口与 API Key（如 DeepSeek、OpenAI 或你自定义的兼容接口）；
• 运行时会把相关文字（如歌曲标题、专辑名等）发送到你所选择的 AI 服务商以获取整理结果。这些数据的处理受该服务商的隐私政策约束，与本应用无关；
• 你的 API Key 安全存储在设备的钥匙串（Keychain）中，不会被本应用上传到我们的任何服务器。

4. 跨设备同步与备份（可选）

• 本地备份导出会在你的设备上生成一个备份文件，由你自行保管。
• 跨设备同步功能在你主动发起时，会将你的音乐库数据通过加密传输上传至同步服务，生成一个有时效的分享码，供你在另一台设备导入。该数据仅用于完成你发起的同步，并在有效期后失效。我们不将其用于任何其他目的。

5. 网络访问

本应用仅在以下情况联网：(a) 你使用 AI 整理（连接你配置的 AI 接口）；(b) 你使用跨设备同步；(c) 媒体文件的导入/重下。除此之外不进行后台数据传输。

6. 儿童隐私

本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。

本政策如有更新，将在本页面发布新版本及更新日期。

AI Audio Organizer ("the App") respects and protects your privacy. This policy explains how the App handles your information.

1. Information we collect

The App does not collect, upload, or sell any of your personally identifiable information, and performs no user tracking of any kind. The App contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

2. Where your data is stored

The music files, cover art, playlists, albums, and related metadata you import are stored locally on your device by default. We have no access to this content.

3. AI organization (optional)

The App offers optional AI features (such as auto-filling song titles/artists/albums and generating notes and lyrics). This feature:

• Runs only when you actively trigger it;
• Uses a third-party AI endpoint and API key that you provide yourself (e.g. DeepSeek, OpenAI, or your own compatible endpoint);
• Sends the relevant text (such as song titles and album names) to the AI provider you choose in order to obtain results. The handling of that data is governed by that provider's privacy policy, not ours;
• Your API key is stored securely in the device Keychain and is never uploaded to any server of ours.

4. Cross-device sync and backup (optional)

• Local backup export creates a backup file on your device that you keep yourself.
• When you initiate cross-device sync, your library data is uploaded over an encrypted connection to the sync service to generate a time-limited share code for importing on another device. This data is used solely to complete the sync you initiated and expires after its validity window. We do not use it for any other purpose.

5. Network access

The App connects to the network only when: (a) you use AI organization (connecting to the AI endpoint you configured); (b) you use cross-device sync; or (c) media files are imported/re-downloaded. No other background data transmission occurs.

6. Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If this policy is updated, a new version and update date will be posted on this page.
